I have looked... I'm tired of looking.... This tree is from Florida... I started it from a seed.... But I still have not figured out what kind of tree it is.... This is a picture of the leaves and the seed it produces... The seed looks like a big bean... dark brown hard shell... maybe 10 seeds in it or less... measures 2 3/4 x 2 1/4... the leaves fold up at night... this tree is about 1 1/2 years old.... please help me indentfy this tree.....

Looks like a jacaranda. When I lived there, I used to look forward to them blooming; they look like huge, misty purple clouds. :D
Poinciana has similar leaves, but its seed pods are elongated.
