Since a few have asked about sources now, I buy from local growers and private wholesalers, and have cheap prices w/ shipping available to the mainland. For the most part, I've currently got a collection of Plumeria, Hibiscus, and Crotons in the forms of cuttings, some rooted; with ready access to more species.
