    Rescued Peace Plant

HI everyone- just found this board- wonderful site. My husband rescued a peace plant from our church prayer room- it has one leaf, and was in soggy soil, i transplanted it to drier soil, and put it in the bathroom. When I transplanted it, it had no roots- is there any way to save it? Thanks!

If you are talking about a peace lily you probably did exactly the right
thing. Their roots rot sometimes when they are kept soggy.
They are quite robust and it may just grow new roots. I'd just wait
a while and see whether it recovers. Make sure it doesn't dry out
competely - for too long, i.e. more than a day or two - and that
    it doesn't have wet feet.

    Aloha,
