Not sure what info you are looking for, but there are some great growing guides if you look to the left of this page. Look under vegetables.* Broccoli is a cool season veggie and is best planted in early spring or late summer.* Here's some growing guides that should be helpful.

When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.
