Pole beans

My pole bean (Kentucky Wonder) plants are healthy and growing well, but have no blooms or beans. How long does it take them to bear. The vines are climbing over the 6 ft fence into the trees beyond! Too much fertilizer, not enough? Any comments appreciated.

possibly the wrong fertilizer. I think I gave my passion fruit too much nitrogen
this year, all I have is a lot of green and few flowers and fruit.
Go easier on the nitrogen and give more phosphates.
