I'm looking for information on the home cultivation of Venezuelan Ají Dulce or sweet chili which is a very important ingredient in the Venezuelan cuisine.* It seems to be a Capsicum Annum, probably related to the Habanero.* It's small and irregular shaped, varies from light green to scarlet and is very aromatic*but not hot at all.* I live in Spain and would like to grow it at home.* I can get seeds from a friend, but have no idea on growing conditions.
