Forgive me if this topic has already been addressed--after being prolific before, my zucchini flowers are now just dropping off and leave a withered yellow tip on the stem.* If it's a pollination problem, how do I pollinate manually?* For purposes of pollination, how do I tell which blossoms are male and which are female?* Could it be the dreaded Spotted Cucumber Beetle?--I found one deep inside a flower this morning.* The larvae chew roots; what happens when the adults hang out in the flowers?* do the blossoms drop off?* They spread a variety of plant diseases, is there a specific one that causes blossom drop?* Thanks for any help.** dwd
