I have a kumquat tree and every year it bears fruit. They get about the size of a grape they get hard, and stop growing and do not even turn yellow. my figs did the*same thing about 200 ft. away. any suggestions?*

When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.
