Someone has told me a couple of times that these won't produce above 80 degrees. (I live in Arlington Texas) I'm an amateur gardener with a large garden. I had some veteren help but would like to produce well. these plants have exploded in size and have blooms but not yet producing.
However they have only been in the ground for almost 4 weeks.

not all of the plants are burpee big boys so if they dont produce it won't be a total loss.
they are the healthiest tomatoes I have though.

Many veggies stop producing or slow down when temps are over 85*F.

When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.
