Hi Sklittle,
You don't say where you live, but I suspect your tomato blossom drop could be due to high temps, as that's the most common cause.* See if this helps.

When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.
Thank you for your response. That makes sense. I live in Washington state and our night temperature right now has been 49degrees. I will just be patient.
