I have been digging in my garden to try to find the windflower bulbs, and have finally found what I think is the oldest bulb - it looks kind of like a piece of root (I can post a picture later today) and have had no luck finding the ones I planted last fall, even though I am pretty sure they flowered this spring.
Any ideas on how to find the rest? I've gotten huge piles of dirt and of course these are small bulbs that probably look just like a clod of dirt. I'm re-vamping this garden but want to put them back where they were since they were happy there.
