My Cauliflower**is growing good but the leaves were eaten by something and I don't have enough leaves to cover the cauliflower.* Is there something else I can cover them with so they don't turn bad.

JC, do you have any shade cloth?* A couple of layers of that should help.* How about a cardboard box over the heads?* You will only need to blanche the heads for 7 to 12 days.

When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.
