    Hi Tammy,

Your picture is very small, but it appears your Dracaena is Dracaena fragrans and has a flower stalk.* It looks like flower buds.* Here is a flower stalk in bud.

Here's what the flower stalk looks like.* I the flowers will be white or pink.

Also, please remove the caps lock on your keyboard.* In computer language it means you are yelling and it's hard on the eyes.

    Thanks,
    Newt
When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.

You are very welcome!* You can let it bloom and then cut off the stalk if you like.* The plant will NOT die from blooming as many believe.* The smell is very sweet and can become sickenly sweet over time.****:?*** If you find you don't like the smell, cut off the stalk.* It's up to you.* If you don't want to see or smell the flowers, you can cut the stalk off now.
