My 'weed & feed' fertilizer became damp but is still in separate pellets.*
Can it still be used in a hand-held fertilizer spreader?

Hi Lee,
I would suggest you call the manufacturer.* There should be a toll free number.* If not, go to their website for more help.

When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.
I like Newt's response, but I would do a quick dry and use the fertilizer.
Thank you.* Do you have a suggestion for how to dry it?
If I understand you dampness.. just throw it on a blue trap and let it sit until dry.** Rake it a little and is should dry up.*
What's a blue trap?* An internet search isn't telling me much.* Is a type of special screen or mesh?
Lee, if you've ever seen the blue tarps on the roofs of houses struck by hurricanes, that's what you see.* It's a very large plastic-like material, sort of like a huge shower curtain and tarp is the short name for tarpaulin.* You could even use an old shower curtain or vinyl table cloth.* Just something where the weave is tight and will shed water.
