Hi there everyone,

Does anyone know what plant this is?* I was told it was a Begonia by the lady at the garden centre but I'm not convinced.* I got it a week ago and since then the leaves have started to curl.* Apart from that, it seems healthy enough.* Many thanks!

    Hi Plymax,

The picture is so small I can't really tell for certain.* Can you post a larger picture?* I suspect the leaves are curling because it's being overwatered.*

When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.

Much better picture.* If I'm seeing what I think I'm seeing, that's a vine, correct?* It looks like Pothos 'Silver Satin'.* It's not a common variety.* Scroll over the picture here for a larger view.

Begonia imperialis looks similar as well.

Plymax, you are so very welcome!* Now you'll know how to take care of it.* Overwatering and underwatering can cause the leaves to curl, so check to see that it's not rootbound and can't take up enough water.* You can repot in a pot that is 2" larger if it needs it.

    Enjoy your pretty plant.
