    It reminds me of Senecio cineraria aka dusty miller, but I'm not sure what it available where you are.* Since you say yours is whiter, is this what yours looks like?

    When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.

    After cross cheking with a local forum and a book I found in the library 'silver elegans' I discovered that its name is Crossostephium chinense or Artemisia chinense L.
