Found this shrub while walking in a park in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. It is about 4-5 foot tall. Any ideas??

    Thanks!

    Hi Wilddoc,

You found the native Euonymus Americanus aka Hearts-a-bustin aka strawberry bush.* DO NOT EAT THE BERRIES.

When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.
