Can someone tell me what this plant is so that I can find out how to care for it.Thank you

Could you make the picture larger?* Maybe something like 600 by 800?* I put it on my desktop and enlarged it, but it blurrs out before I can clearly see it.*

Also, is this a houseplant?* What country and/or state was it purchased in?

Hope this link work cause I cannot post bigger than what I've done here it keeps telling me that the file is too big.I live in Petawawa,Ontario,Canada and that plant was purchased in the houseplant department but they also put outdoor plants there also.The plant as small long variegated leaves.
