Unhappy HELP! I'm looking for a name of this plant.

I have this plant from my friend. I just found that one leaf turns yellow. I don't think it needs water much. I don't know what is wrong with this? Please let me know if you know the name of this plant and what do I need to do for this plant?

    Thank you!

    Welcome spring.
Your pics are not very sharp.
However it looks like Ficus elastica. Common name rubber tree.

I have problem with my Ficus elastica. I see leaves have damage and have white dots. I changed re-pot about 20 days ago. I use old soil which was not using long time. I'm using water glass for water. I'm not sure what I've been doing wrong. I need HELP to save this tree.
