Could you please add 2 more pics to this thread? Showing a close up of a leaf and the flowers.

I think it MAY be a Vitex agnus-castus. Common name Chaste tree.But pic is far too far away to be sure.

I wish I could post more pics but I did a drive by and took this pic. with my camera phone. Thats why it's not so close. Sorry, but I appreciate everyones help.

Right I see.
How about stopping, walking in and asking them if they could please tell you what tree it is.
If they cannot tell you, ask if you may take a couple of close ups. I can then try to give accurate id.

I took these pics and I also brought a leaf home to scan but it had dried out before I made it home so I wet it and pressed it flat to scan it so it looks dark and light so please ignore the scanned pictures color. Also I noticed when I stopped to take these pics that this tree has a scent to it. It reminded me of rosemary or something like that. Any idea what it is? Hope these pictures help. Thanks a million!

Thank you for going back and taking new pics. Much better. I am now very happy to say it is Vitex agnus castus. See new pics showing the 5 leaflets. (Sometimes they have 7)
