ID this for me

Please tell me what this is. The leaves have little leaves that come out on them and when they fall off they make more plants. This one is about 4 feet tall. Full of little babies and all of a sudden one day it had these little pink flowers on it. There are more getting ready to bloom. The girl in my office that I got the leaves from way back said hers had never bloomed. She didn't even know they did bloom. My plant is unique but it is taking over my desk. I cant move it. all the babies fall off when I move it.

You have a Kalanchoe sp. There are many different ones. It is possibly Kalanchoe daigremontiana'
The common name is mother of thousands. Aptly named as you have discovered!
