looking for a rose

there is a rose a very rare rose that i cannot remember its name but i was wondering if you can help if i tell you about it
- blooms every 10 years
- coloring by nature is an almost blue-red
- thorns are small and razor sharp

i have only seen this rose once in my life and have been looking for it since i was 12 that is 10 years i have been looking i even went back to the spot i seen it but a rare flower collector bought the plant about 3 years after i saw it

i am looking for its name or its picture
i know this rose exists due to i have seen it once and the place i first seen it at confirmed a rose of that description in the records for being at the floral museum
