I have this tree that is growing along my fenceline in the back yard. I'm putting a new fence in and I need to decide whether to dig it up and transplant it or just cut it down completely. If it's a good tree, I'll take the time to do it, but if it's not, I'll take the easy way out and just cut it down. Any help would be appreciated. It's in Seattle and it's now about 5 feet tall.
