    This plant came up (apparently from seed) in our garden
    and I'd be curious to find out what it is. It has grown to
    its current 3ft height in around six weeks. The leaf reminds
    me vaguely of a fig tree, but it clearly is something different.
    I'm attaching some photos below.

    When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.
