good afternoon,

i am new here, and this is my first post. i love photographing nature & flowers, and i am still new to identifying flowers, tree, & various plants. i took this photo on friday, (lower queen anne neighborhood in seattle, washington). this was located in a shrubby area full of wildflowers and various grasses. i've searched all over the place trying to find the name. any help would be appreciated =)

Living in Tacoma, it looks like Rosemary. Did you smell it? Rub your hands through it and see if it smells like Rosemary.
