Silver Surfer - I have no idea?

Hi backyardgardener.

The pic is the size of a postage stamp.
Can you get a full size image.
A close up of the flowers would help.
It could be a Philadelphus ....but.....

Correction. Got it full screen!
Still need to see close up of the flowers!

Still cannot be positive, as I cannot see the leaves.
To me it looks like a Spiraea sp.
Can you ask for a good pic of the leaves and I will see if I can id which sp it is.
