Small flowers with purple, yellow and white varieties

I found these flowers in Century City, CA. Every house in the area seemed to have them in either purple, yellow or white. I'm sorry for the blurry pictures, but I took them with my phone.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That looks like lantana, which is an annual in the northeast, but in places like florida it can grow into a tree or shrub. It comes in a number of colors, including pink, orange, yellow, white, lavendar, and some are multi-colored.
