I think I have this in my yard.* They get tall 3-4 ft and have a purple flower.

When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.

It bloomed with a small daisy like white flower yellow center and I immediately recognized the flower from the meadow by my house.........WEED! Thanks for looking at it though!

Bepplen, it was probably Boltonia or some type of wild Aster. * I thought I got rid of mine, but it seeds all over the place.
