Very small blue or purple or lavender wildflower

I would like for someone to help me ID this wildflower. It was found amount several weeds and grasses in a local park/sanctuary in Russellville, Arkansas. This picture is fuzzy and I apologize for that. Hope you can help. Thanks!!!

    Welcome BonaDea.
Sadly your pic has so much in it, much of which do not seem to belong to the plant queried.
I cannot see the small blue/ purple/ lavender flower clearly, or what the leaves look like.
Maybe further clear pics would help, showing the detail of the flower and leaves.

Or possibly someone else may help with an id.

not very common for flowers to only have 4 petals so I worked with that in my search criteria. Is It an "Azure Bluet" ? I think it might be. What do you think Silver Surfer? Latin name " Houstonia caerulea

Pics so unclear I would not like to comment either way. I am attaching a good link, of Houstonia caerulea, so that BonaDea can have a good look and decide if this is her mystery flower!
