It is very difficult to be sure without the flowers.

As Ron B and Michael F have said, it could be Pyracantha... if it has thorns, or Escallonia.
Michael F is a real expert in conifers. If he gives you an id on a conifer then believe him. He has a vast knowledge of all plants as well.
No one has more knowledge than Ron in all plants.

Just look at the number of posts each has made to see just how expert they both are.

The way the leaves are arranged I would say definitely not Berberis.

Are there any flowers or berries or seed pods.
I would expect to see something at this time of year.
How big a shrub is it? Where is it growing... in your garden or a Botanic garden/ park etc?

Seller said me that is cotoneaster but which cotoneaster I dont know
