    Hi, I want to know what plant this is, I bought it from Homebase a few months ago and never actually got told what its name was.

    You have a lovely corn plant aka Dracaena fragrans.* The cultivar is probably 'Massangeana'.* Do cliick on the additional picture here as this one has the color off.

    When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.
