Looks like my favorite fuschia - Fuschia 'Gartenmeister Bonstedt' aka Gartenmeister fuschia. I root cuttings in fall and have new plants for the following summer as it's frost tender and won't survive our zone 7 winters outdoors. Cut off the flowers and make tip cuttings of about 4 sets of leaves. Cut it from the stem just below the 4th set of leaves. Remove the bottom two sets of leaves and root in perlite for about a month. Once the roots come out of the bottom of the pot you can plant in soil and you'll have new plants. You can see how here. The first picture is what your cuttings should look like. http://extension.missouri.edu/xplor/agguides/hort/g06560.htm http://counties.cce.cornell.edu/suffolk/grownet/indoor-plants/propagation.htm
