I am in TX and would like to know when you can start a late summer or fall garden? My son's heifer's got into my first garden & just about ate everything. I pruned what was left and want to replant things but I don't want to do all that work in vain. Advice please!

Hi Rickdeb,

Sorry to read about the munching of your garden.  :(  Here's a veggie planting calendar for Texas that should be helpful.  The guidelines are for first and last frost date, so I'm including a site where you can estimate your first and last frost dates.
