Does anyone have any information on a cauliflower called Purple of Sicily?  I am growing them but have very little info on planting and harvesting?  Please pass on any info if you have grown them!!!

Thanks from Michigan!

Hi Prettypeas,

From what I'm reading they turn green when cooked.  Some folks add vinegar to the water to help retain the purple color.  They seem to do best in cool weather and if they don't mature before the heat of summer, they will bolt.
