I notice my African Violet's leaves are damaged. I was wandeing if anybody could tell me what is wrong, if it has a bugs, diease or too much water/sunlight or something?
I give it 4-5 hours of direct sunlight and I water it 1 cup of water when the soil becomes too dry.

Hi Aza,
I can't quite tell from the photo if what I'm seeing is powdery mildew or possibly damage from a change in culture such as a change in sunlight or watering. Powdery mildew is a whitish/grayish frosty-like dusting on the foliage, blossoms and flower stems. Does the discoloration rub off?
This site shows many different leaf problems that African violets experience. Anything look like what you are seeing?

Have you looked at the underside of the leaves to see if there are any bugs?

It looks similar to the last one. number 30 which is Wilting leaves. I highly doubt its from to much heat. Since its spring but it could be from Root Rot, since I forgot to water it a week ago and dumped in 2 cups of water instead of 1. I took two more clearer pictures of a leaf I cut off.
If this is Root Rot, how do I get rid it? Do I have to physically take the plant out and cut it off? I had bad experiences with taking plants out their pot and cutting their roots, they always go yellow and die.

Thanks, I gave it other check. I realized that this is not crown rot but actually Botrytis Blight. I removed the infected leaves and flowers and stuck it out side to give it better air circulation.. is there anything else I can do like maybe spraying something to stop the fungu?

You are very welcome! Botrytis blight comes in many different varieties depending on the plant. Treatments also differ depending on the plant. Unfortunatley I haven't found any fungicide that is recommended for African violets. You can try a google search for more info as I only gave it a cursory look. Try searching with:
African violet + botrytis
You can clean the surfaces around the plant or where you had the plant with a bleach solution of 1 part bleach to 9 parts water or use a household cleaner. This will help to kill any spores that might have drifted from the plant to another surface.
