I'm trying to find the name of a yellow semi block semi/hot pepper. Our family used to can these and they looked like a yellow pepper but were semi/hot. We have tried everywhere and can't find them. And of course the recipe has been passed down and us younger generation can't find the right pepper to do the recipe with. We have a store and even our produce provider is having trouble figuring it out. He sent us some peppers that were longer but not thick enough to stay crisp for the recipe. Can anyone help?
