    Sagging Wintergreen Boxwood

In May 0f 2012 I planted 6 Wintergreen Boxwood. This spring when the new growth started appearing a majority of the branches started sagging on the Boxwood (see the attached picture). Is sagging of the branches typical for a Wintergreen Boxwood? Will the branches eventually start growing upright? Should I tie up the branches or should I prune back the branches? Please help.
