My boyfriend and I have a new aloe plant that we bought from Golden Acre a short while ago, about 8 inches tall. We had placed it right by the front window that receives sunlight early on in the day, but not in the evening. We've noticed that the tips of its leaves are curving towards the window, and are very thin. The tips are a little brown and have gone soft. We moved it away from the direct sunlight, and now it just sits right next to the window where it's bright, but the sun isn't hitting it directly.
Are the leaves indicating over/underwatering? Since we moved the plant to the side, the tips of the leaves are less soft, but still look a bit brown.
