coriander can be a problem, alw3ays wanting to go to seed. first, pick one of the varieties that are bred for leaf-production, rather than the seeds. second, direct sow them outside, you'll delay your harvest a bit, but then there's no hardening-off, transplanting shock,problems of starting them indoors. make it easy on yourself, this is supposed to be enjoyable. goodluck,and happy salsa-ing
