: How do you dry chives? The easiest way please?
Forget drying, freeze 'em. the flavor is retained much better this way. snip them into the lengths you want, freeze on a cookie tray, bag, label and store 'em back in the freezer. no fuss, no muss. to use, pop 'em out of the bag at the last second and strew them over your baked potatoes or in your omelet. meltingly, chive-y flavor. good luck, and enjoy.
