Here's a place that lists quite a few nurseries. You might also ask on their forum. I tried to find it and couldn't find much info on it. The Hosta Library has a picture, but Giboshi didn't have any info.

Also click on 'Commercial' for more nurseries and places to look.

If you find it please let me know as I think it's lovely. Thanks.
