I recently moved and had to dig up my hostas. They are currently in pots and I would like to put them in the ground. I am not sure if I should do this or not thought for two reasons. For one, its been kind of chilly for a fall season and the leaves are starting to turn brown. They have moist but not damp soil. I have three all together and the two that were flowering, are the ones with the browning leaves. Should I go ahead and put them in the ground? Are they dying back or are they in shock?
