Hi Kim,

If you live in zone 6 or above you should see shoots in the next couple of days. If you live lower than zone 6, they might not show for another week or two. If they are gone it could have been the severe weather from the winter. Unfortunately you don't say where you live, so I really can't say what the problem is.
