Dracena marginata- loosing leaves

: I have a dreacena marginata that seems to be loosing leaves too quickly. They are falling off when they are still green, from the lower parts of the smallest stalks. I have a regular weekly watering schedule, but I usually don't give it too much, and I always let it drain completely. It gets only morning sun (or fog, as the case often is in San Francisco) and inderect light the rest of the day.What can I do to help stop this problem? Thanks.
