: : I rescued a yucca plant from a neighbor, it's not too big, it's probably 3-4 feet high. I water it probably once a week, probably two cups of water, and it's seating next to my window. Since I rescued it, it has black or brown spots everywhere in the leaves, there are new leaves coming up, at the begining they were fine, but I found out that some of them are starting to have those spots. Anybody that knows what is it, please help me, thank you! 

: I would check if there are little white eggs or bugs within the leafs. You may also want to check the soil that it has been in. Sometimes people uses ordinary dirt. I once found actual worms in my soil when I brought home a Yucca.
