Rubber Plant needs help

: I have had a rubber plant for 6 months now. I repotted it about a month ago. Now all the leaves are falling off. The leaves droop, then the stems connecting them to the rest of the plant turn yellow and finally the leaves fall off. I am getting very frustrated with it as I think I have been doing all the right things: I water it about 2 times a week, the room is warm, and I try to put it in the sun of a window about 3 times a week. Does anyone have any good advice??
: Also, will the leaves ever grow back (most of them have fallen off already and it looks like a stick with a couple of leaves)?
