Hi Jamie,

Your plant is a peace lily or Spathiphyllum. This site should be helpful for plant care.

I find that watering with a tablespoon of milk in a gallon watering can helps with keeping it blooming. (yup, the stuff you put in coffee) You could also just add water to the empty milk container and water with that.
