Drasinia disease?

: My Drasinia has spots on the leaves and a white fuzz
: near where the leaves branch from the stem.  The
: fuzz doesn't seem to be mealy bugs. The fuzz is
: downey and appears fungal to me. I tried a fungicide
: over the summer but it didn't seem to help.
: I rescued this plant from a dumpster several years ago and have 
: repotted it a couple of times.  It grows
: when I put it outdoors for the summer then gets
: "sick" in the house over the winter.
: I would appreciate suggestions on how to help it.
