: No need to yell, I do hear you.  I've done some reading and it seems that the type of water has a lot to do with how it responds.  You should be using either filtered water, distilled water or water you purchase for drinking that doesn't have flouride, chlorine or salt.  Here's the link.  Try changing with this type of water and let me know if that helps.

: You might also want to do a search at www.google.com using the botanical name in quotes like this:  "Dracaena sanderiana".  Lucky bamboo is not a bamboo at all, but a dracaena.
