I was surprised to see you had the Order Of The Fork " I had only seen it at one other camp. A 4H camp near Salem Oregon, is it possible there is a connection ?. Also there is another verse

Members of the Order would enter the dinning hall sinking the chant then stop behind someone, and say in unisin " Stand up, bend over ( they stand on chair so all can see) Alla kazam alla kazoo we intiaciate you and then they would get forked in the rump. handed a red fork and told to fall in . Then the chant would start in again going around the room selecting 3-5 people each meal time.
